2. Scope of Application and Division of Environments (SaaS Model)

As a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, Veritrade divides its web ecosystem into two clearly differentiated sections with specific legal and technical implications:

A. Public Website (Marketing and Sales Environment): Accessible to the general public. In this section, technical, statistical, and marketing cookies are used to optimize visits, analyze web traffic, track demo requests, and perform non-invasive advertising actions based on user behavior. The deployment of non-essential cookies in this environment is strictly subject to the user's prior consent via the interactive cookie banner.

B. Private Platform (Subscriber Environment): Accessible exclusively to active clients via corporate Login. In this private and secure environment, Veritrade prioritizes the B2B confidentiality of client data. Therefore, only strictly necessary and technical cookies are deployed, aimed at ensuring security, mitigating financial fraud, controlling malicious automated bot access, and maintaining user session stability. Being indispensable for the performance of the contractual service, these technical cookies are not subject to an opt-out or deactivation mechanism.

3. Technical Breakdown of Cookies Used

Category I: Strictly Necessary Cookies (Technical and Security)
