Veritrade is the only legally responsible to the client and / or third parties and its sole responsibility related to any part of this contract will not exceed the fee paid by the client. 

8. Termination. 

Veritrade has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if at any time it is not possible for any reason to comply with it, with the only legal responsibility being to reimburse the equivalent of the difference between the contracted sum and the updates

These services and the terms and conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of the USA and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of their courts.
