5. Fees and payments. 

Veritrade reserves it right at any time to charge for access to any current or additional part of the service . 6. Registration and account creation.

Veritrade reserves the right to deny the creation of your account based on Veritrade's inability to verify the authenticity of your registration information. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You should immediately notify Veritrade of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including the loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information. You are fully responsible for all use and activity of your account, including but not limited to the use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your username and password. You agree that you will not sell, transfer or assign your membership or any membership rights. If the computer system in which you accessed the service is sold or transferred to another party, you guarantee and declare that you will delete all cookies and software files obtained by or through the use of the service. 

7. Indemnification.

You agree on your own account, to indemnify, defend and hold Veritrade, its Suppliers, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors and assigns from and against each and every one of the claims, damages, liabilities, costs. and expenses arising out of or in connection with the service, or any link in the service. The client will indemnify Veritrade for any loss, including without limitation the loss of contracts and / or future sales and / or profits incurred as a result of access by non-client third parties due to the client's breach of any of the terms of the contract. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the password is changed when an authorized person (user) stops working for the company or no longer belongs to the institution. Without limitation to the other rights and / or solutions that Veritrade has to act legally and if there are reasonable suspicions to suppose that the client has breached any of the terms of this contract regarding the fulfillment of the contracted conditions, Veritrade will reserves the right to terminate or take steps to restrict part of access in order to comply with the terms of sale. In this case, the client will not have the right to financial reimbursement of the payment already made. Veritrade reserves the right to block access and terminate the contract without any liability or reimbursement to the customer if at any time it considers that there is a probable breach of security or the use of the user and / or access codes, people and / or companies unauthorized. Veritrade is the only legally responsible to the client and / or third parties and its sole responsibility related to any part of this contract will not exceed the fee paid by the client. 

8. Termination. 

Veritrade has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if at any time it is not possible for any reason to comply with it, with the only legal responsibility being to reimburse the equivalent of the difference between the contracted sum and the updates

not received by the client. Said economic reimbursement will have no effect in the event that said impossibility is due to causes of force majeure beyond Veritrade's control or legal regulations imposed by the countries that restrict access to information. 

These services and the terms and conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of the USA and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of their courts.
